Pam's program was designed to avoid dieting and all its associated feelings of hunger. She also did not want to deprive herself of her favorite foods. Pam wanted a plan that would allow her to slowly lose weight and keep it off, which along with some exercise, has been her recipe for success. This book should be helpful for people who love to cook and who are beginning to pay attention to their diet and weight. Companion books for Pam's are: The Food You Crave: Luscious Recipes for a Healthy Life, and THE 3:00 PM SECRET: Live Slim and Strong, Live Your Dreams. I also recommend Food, Nutrition, Physical Activity, and the Prevention of Cancer: a Global Perspective.
