 getting my son hooked!, 2008-07-30
I have loved BNL since Gordan, and I am so glad they did this kids album! I am getting my kids hooked on one of my favorite bands! Witty lyrics that kids get and adults can enjoy too. After we listen to this a little longer I plan on exposing my son to the 'real' BNL stuff, and I know he will enjoy it because he loves the kid album. We did this with They Might Be Giants, moving from the kids music to the adult, and now we can all listen to my favorite bands together! If you love The Ladies, you will love this CD! Now if we can just get They Might Be Giants and BNL to to a kids tour together...

This CD is packed with clever songs that are fun for me and also my grandkids. We love the 'popcorn' song and '7 8 9' especially. They are all fun.

My kids absolutely love this CD. And I um, well ..., sort of, ... OK - I really like it too. It has great variety, it's not sappy, and the lyrics are really catchy. I have a 6 yr old and an 11 yr old - they both love it. And when they say "again!" I actually don't mind.
