Great workout!, 2008-09-02 I read about this on the Weight Watchers message board (there's like a sub-culture there that loves the Shred DVD...). This is a great workout, with three levels of effort. I'm still working up to level 2, but I get a very good workout and in only 20 minutes, which definitely appealed to me. You alternate 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs in 3 cycles. Like Jillian says, it beats hours of phoning it in at the gym!

You will see results!, 2008-09-01 Jillian pushes you to the max and you will see results, no doubt about it! I have been doing this for 3 weeks now, and I've seen some significant results! The best part about this workout is that it's only 20 minutes long...I will push myself to keep it to only 20 minutes, and that's what keeps me going through this non-stop DVD!
Would work if I would use it...get ready to get your butt kicked, 2008-08-31 Liked Jillian, very sweet personality, doesn't act like she knows it all because her body looks like it does. I lost interest fast, and it now is on the shelf with all the rest of my DVD's. DVD not for everyone if you're going to buy it commit to yourself that you're going to stick with it. I did do the workouts, very sore afterwards, definitley quality workouts. Good luck guys!

Quite a workout!, 2008-08-30 The video is a great workout. I could see noticeable results after 20 days.

You will See Results with this Workout!, 2008-08-29 This workout is not for the faint of heart. It's for the workout enthusiast who is ready to take their workout to another level. Jillian is powerful and I love this workout. I had this workout for a few months, but was afraid to do this workout, because I knew it was going to be challenging. I did this because I needed to break through a weight loss plateau, and boy did this do the trick!
I had been working out for 3 months and started this workout last week. I've already seen results. My arms and legs are sore, but more toned and I've lost some more weight! I'm up to 21 pounds so far with 30 more to go.
I am confident that this workout will make me stronger and I'll burn more calories as a result.
