Morning Glory, 2008-07-09 A little known good movie to add to any collection. One that can be watch a few times a year and never get old. You feel for each character and their individual emotions and it sends you on a roller coaster of sadness, hardship, gossip, and true love that grows throughout the movie.

Read the book first or instead, 2008-03-20 The movie was good. However, it was based on one of my favorite books of all time, Morning Glory by Lavyrle Spencer and the plot was changed very considerably! I can't judge the movie on its own merits due to that fact.

Love Story, 2008-03-14 I enjoyed the movie though it was a typical ex-con gets framed story. The acting is well done and it was nice to see Christopher Reeve walking and healthy. Takes place when times were hard and people did what they could to survive. Ends well.

Great performances from both Christopher Reeve and Deborah Raffin, 2008-02-09 A surprising find, one of those rare films that most have never heard of, yet packs the wallop of the best of love stories or Oscar favorites. Deborah Raffin is enchanting, and Reeve was at his physical peak (one of his first films in his post "Superman" era). The film feels a bit like a cross of "Somewhere in Time" and "Old Yeller" as bizarre as that combination might sound! Enjoy!
