Works well, 2008-04-07 After using Office for years, and sometimes find it mildly annoying. I find this to be of the same caliber of all the previous versions. It isn't perfect, but it will get the job done. That said, go out and buy it.

Great Improvement, 2008-04-07 This update is a really good update for Office and the price is awesome for students. It is very similar to iworks for if you are using the mac product, you will find it easy to go back and forth. The only real bummer about these student editions is that you have to buy a new one every update instead of buying the update. But if they wait 4 years again, I guess it doesn't matter

MAD = Misled & Disappointed, 2008-04-06 I am not smart enough to be able to descern the differences in the Microsoft products and it wasn't described sufficiently i.e. there is no Outlook application in this product. After I opened it and loaded it, the missing Outlook became obvious but too late too return it. So it cost me $129 to learn that I will not buy anymore software from Amazon. I only needed the basic applications so now I have to find Outlook elseware.

Yay, Microsoft for Macs!, 2008-04-05 So much easier to use than the newest version of Office for Windows. It was really easy to install. Just like previous versions, the formatting palette makes changing formats super simple. Installation was also very easy. I wish there was someway to not re-install Firefox or to keep from adding another, unremovable dock icon. But that was easy enough to fix--just remove the old icon.

First-time user, 2008-04-05 After working with PCs for over 10 years I made a recent switch to Mac and purchased the Home & Student edition of MS Office. I'm still new at using it, but I have found it easy to install and easy to use.
