Purchased for use im my Civic., 2008-11-09
I purchased this for use in my 2006 Civic EX with Sat-Nav. Over all I am impressed with the quality of this product. It works just as well as any other brand but at a fraction of the price. The quality of the sound is excellent and it is awesome to not have 70 CD's cluttering my car. The only downfall to this product is that transfering 8GB worth of music onto a CF Card takes a rediculous amount of time Up to 9+ hours I did a lot of research on how to play the PC cards in Honda's with Sat-Nav and have found out a lot.

Before buying make sure you have a way to transfer music onto a CF Card. Many new computers come with Express card slots which do not fit PC Cards so make sure you have a PC Card reader or a CF card reader. (many photo printers accept CF cards)

Next You probably could get by with a 6GB card since the Honda Sat-Nav system will only read up to 99 folders and 999 Tracks. (if you exceed the 999 tracks. Don't worry it just won't display any above the 999)

Make sure the Tracks are named correctly. tracks names that look like.."Shake_It_Created by Digital_wizard.com" << will show up on the LCD in the car just how it is typed. So clean up the track names. so it looks more like "Shake It" (just much easier to read and use while driving) Also organize the albums into folders. Have the main folder be the artist and then inside that have each individual album.

When inserted into the car it may take up to a minute to read all the tracks on the card before playing.

    Hope this helps.

    Good for the price, 2008-11-08
Transcend TS8GCF133 8GB 133x Ultra Speed Compact Flash Card

I bought this for my Canon Digital Rebel XTi SLR. I previously used a Sandisk Ultra II 1GB card and needed extra storage. Instead of spending almost the same amount on an Ultra II 4GB or an Extreme III 2GB/4GB, I read the reviews about this card and decided to purchase it. Could not be happier. The recording times are faster than the Ultra II, and speeds copying to the PC through a card reader is more than adequate. Might pick up another as a backup.

    great for the price, 2008-11-03
not as fast as SanDisk Extreme III, about the same as the Ultra II I used. For my Canon 40D, the only thing is the burst rate is a bit slower shooting raw. Other than that, it's great. Can't beat the price though.

    Better than Kingston, 2008-10-31
I got one of these and the identical spec Kingston. Much better performance from the Transcend and better price.

High speed, more then enough space, 2008-10-21
I bought this card for the price/performance point. I have not been disappointed. I have yet to fill this card in one session. Even shooting at the highest resolution setting of the camera and even with raw i was not able to fill the card. The second card has yet to see action. Recommend it highly.
