Just as user friendly, but looks way different than 2005, 2008-01-02
We have used Quickbooks for years, but used 2005 Pro, our accountant told us we needed to upgrade to 2008. So we did, it looks so different, but once you get in and begin to use it, it is pretty much the same. Amazon is awesome, always has the cheapest prices!! they can't be beat on hardly anything, especially books and computer software!

QuickBooks Just Keeps Getting Better and Better, 2007-12-27
I've been a user and a Beta tester of QuickBooks for many years. QuickBooks has always been perfect for me - a small business owner. I use it for all my accounting needs, including payroll. The only time I need my CPA is for a final year-end review of what I've done in QuickBooks. With each new release of QuickBooks, Intuit adds great new features and usability enhancements, and this one is no exception. As a Beta tester, I was able to compare the 2008 version with the 2007 version. Do the upgrade. It's well worth the cost of the new version! (And conversion was clean and simple.)

 No need for this if you are good at Excel, 2007-12-22
If you are good at using Excel 2007, there is no need to get this.
In Excel 2007 you can make it do practically everything you can in Quickbooks 2008.
