This webcam provides excellent quality video and sound with it's built-in microphone. The video can be HD and when transmitted during a Skype call appears to be close to HD. The software includes auto-tracking and auto-focus and a variety of amusing avatars that reproduce movements of the mouth and eyes. I was surprised by how easy the webcam was to install, set-up, and use with programs such as Skype. After discounts and rebates, this $100 unit ended up costing less than $60. An excellent buy in my opinion.

Product performs correctly and clearly, only one drawback the clip or holder for top of laptop is difficult to utilize.

Our family purchased several of these because we had a new grandchild that lives out of town and this is our way of keeping in visual touch with her. It works great and we are very pleased with the product.

This web cam is rated one of the top by Consumer Reports. After using it, it really does have a great picture and was easy set up.
