Stay well away from this product, 2007-01-29 Wish I had read these reviews before making the mistake of installing Norton 2006. My once zippy laptop is now slowed to a crawl. Literally takes minutes for internet pages to download. Pitiful support (and product), 2007-01-03 Go back froze at boot. There was no way to recover except by repeated forced shut-downs and learning how to get to the install disk to de-install as fast as possible. Unfortunately the de-install does not take place quickly enough and the system freezes in the middle of the de-install. What a disaster of a product!!!!!
