Difficult Buggy Software, 2006-02-12 I purchased FTM 2006 about a month ago from the FTM prople. It took two weeks to receive and had a 30 day (from date of purchase) return policy. Here are my experiences. First, the software will suddenly stop recognizing files you have spent hours creating. There is no "save" option only "back up". This has happened 3 times and each time the software will not open the back up file. Second, tech support is nonexistent. I have emailed their address 3 times now and gotten no response. The software does not include any documentation other than the normal installation information. A book on how to use the software is available for $20. Tech support with a human is available for $2 per min. I am now looking for alternative software. I would suggest you do the same.
