Never runs out of batteries :), 2008-10-05
I used these before the laser pointers came out. I switched back to these because I grew weary of buying batteries all the time. If you need to point to something from far away, of course, get the laser. If you are presenting proximal to your screen or board, these are just great. Sometimes the old technology is better.
A safe bargain, 2008-09-01
This product is much safer to use than a laser pointer. I teach at a middle school and I would not want to give the kids the idea that they should have a laser pointer.
That said, I still want to have something that helps me to make presentations. It also helps me to keep my hands occupied when I talk to the class. I learned this method at a teaching workshop.
Best of all, it's an inexpensive pointer that takes up much less space than the old wooden pointers.
Comments on recent order, 2007-08-28
I recently ordered 2-ACCO POINTERPCKTEXT24.5"CE (18001). Upon arrival I changed my mind. There was nothing wrong w/the product.
Customer Service contacted me re: return of product. The return went through and my account was credited quickly.
Should I have need of any other products, I would not hesitate to order from them.

I needed just the right pointer for a recent drama that I was in. This worked perfectly. It fit in my pocket and extended effortlessly each time. The vendor was very helpful in getting the product to me during the time crunch that I was in. I am completely satisfied!
