Ok for a home user but not for businesses, 2008-07-31 WinFax Pro was just not cutting it so we tried HotFax. It was clunky to use and the graphics hard to see. It was nice it would answer calls like a receptionist but not why we bought it. We ended up buying FaxTalk's Fax Center Pro. It was exactly the step up we needed from WinFax Pro. I wish HotFax had been it as it was less money.
