 Oldie but goodie, 2006-09-24
This is a game i purchased years ago,and its based on the old Amiga game K240.It is a strategy game and is alot of fun,but i think the original K240 was a better game,even though this had better graphics and they had also modified alot of the gameplay.
I dont often play many strategy games,quite frankly i dont have the patience to get too involved with them.This however is an exception.
Some of the things compared to K240 are improvements,some make the game more tedious.I havnt seen too many reviews of this game comparing with the original brilliant game K240.If you had ever played K240,you would be disappointed that it never got released on the PC.Instead we have this,and its unlikely we will see another of its type again.
The gameplay in constructing buildings is fun,as well as constructing the ships that defend your asteroids and attack the enemy.
Thought goes into this game and no 2 games turn out exactly the same.
Some of the higher levels get realy hard in this,and that means its difficult to win and i loose patience with it.I prefur the lower levels,but if you like the tough challenge,try it.
This is a realy good game if you like strategy.There is emulators of the Amiga around,if you can possibly get ahold of the original K240,im sure you will appreciate this game alot more.
