Product Description:
UDMA CompactFlash (CF) technology provides the ultimate high-speed memory card performance for professional photographers and photo enthusiasts. The Lexar Professional UDMA 300x memory card dramatically increases card-to-computer transfer rates when paired with an UDMA-enabled Firewire 800 Reader. This provides support for the next generation of high-resolution UDMA-enabled digital SLR (DSLR) cameras. The Lexar Professional UDMA 300x CF card provides advanced memory card performance so you can focus on the business of photography at incredibly fast download speeds to satisfy the demand for faster transfer rates from card to computer, drastically reducing post-production time. These cards deliver industry-leading read/write speeds with a minimum sustained write speed capability of a blazing 300x (up to 45MB/sec).
Customer Reviews:
Always Go For the Gold!, 2008-11-11 Fastest writing time I could find. If it's taking any time to write, I haven't noticed. I haven't put it to the full test yet - 8fps - but am confident it will keep pace. It produces spectacular color clarity on mid-quality, small-sized .jpeg setting. I was annoyed to need to buy a new card format when I upgraded Nikons, but got over it immediately. I can't imagine needing a second card because of the mind-boggling capacity of this one, but I will certainly go with a second one of these should it need a back-up. Lexar Professional Series have always given me flawless results. And the included recovery software has come in handy a few times too...
