This product is great. I've used it many times when upgrading PC's and it has yet to fail me. Some of the bad reviews here are complaining about this product because they are trying to move files. That is not what this software is for. If you want to move files trying burning a CD or using a USB thumb drive. You sure don't need to spend money on software for such a simple task.
